No Brasil, o Programa Educacional Bolsas Roberto Rocca, antigo Prêmio Por Excelência, iniciou em 2007 e é uma iniciativa global do Grupo Techint, da qual a Tenaris faz parte, que concede bolsas de estudo para alunos do ensino médio, buscando ser uma ponte de integração entre o mundo industrial e o sistema educativo.
