No Brasil, as Bolsas Roberto Rocca, iniciativa global da Organização Techint, da qual a Ternium faz parte, iniciaram em 2005. Além de um diploma de reconhecimento, o programa concede bolsas para alunos de Engenharia, aproximando o sistema educativo do mundo industrial.
